NHS Leadership Academy (NHSLA)

Welcome to the NHS North East and Yorkshire Leadership Academy, based in Durham and Leeds. We aim to continuously develop NHS leaders and managers to improve health services for patients and communities throughout the North East of England and Yorkshire.

We do this by providing a wide range of development opportunities including, formal development programmes, workshops, masterclasses and events. The Academy supports leadership and management development, talent management and organisational development, coaching and mentoring; oversees the Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) across the region; provides support for NHS national development programmes.
